In a statement, Mt. Joy mentioned that they’ve been busy cooking, not in the kitchen but in the studio. Expect brand new staples on this massive run as the Philadelphia powerhouse takes fans on a thrilling new trip. The show is guaranteed to belt out some well known titles, including “Silver Lining,” “Dirty Love,” “Strangers,” “Highway Queen,” and tons more. In the last few years, Mt. Joy has been going around performing their latest effort, Orange Blood. This year, the highly regarded powerhouse is hitting up audiences with new works, "Been cooking up a new show and new album for a minute. Gonna be a year! Can’t believe these shows, honor of a lifetime to jam for so many of you in 2025," the group mentioned on social media.
Mt. Joy, a force in the indie rock circuit, recently came out with the single, “Highway Queen.” The song, which is rumored to be in the band’s new album, is the band’s latest addition to their plethora of hits on Billboard’s Adult Alternative Airplay chart. Peaking at number 2, the single became the band’s second highest charting work after their smashing hit “Silver Lining.” The band made their phenomenal breakthrough in 2018, with the release of their self titled debut effort. The album busted out some fantastic singles, “Astrovan,” “Sheep,” “Silver Lining,” and “Jenny Jenkins.”
After the massive success of their debut album, Mt. Joy came out with Rearrange Us, a critically regarded work that spawned terrific AAA charting singles, “Strangers” and “My Vibe.” Lastly, Orange Blood is their latest full studio effort which also busted out number 2 charting AAA single, “Lemon Tree.”
