Chevelle, Asking Alexandria & Dead Poet Society at Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill

North America Tour 2025

The heaviest rock band from America, Chevelle, is back on stage with a new tour. The band will be playing at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill on August 19th in Sterling Heights. The tour was announced in March 2025 with 38 dates across the nation, opening in Texas and closing in Washington. 

With Chevelle’s newly released single "Rabbit Hole (Cowards, Pt. 1)", fans are expecting more new material during the tour. Throughout the tour, Chevelle will be supported by Asking Alexandria and the Dead Poet Society.

Chevelle is a Hard Rock band from America, formed in 1995. Chevelle’s music is a blend of several rock and metal subgenres, namely hard rock, alternative metal, indie rock and nu-metal. Since their formation, they have released nine studio albums. Their most notable albums are their second album “Wonder What’s Next”, and third album “This Type of Thinking (Could Do Us In)”. From the nine albums, Chevelle have released 29 singles since their debut album. Fan favorite songs are “The Red”, “Send the Pain Below” and “Face the Floor”, with some receiving Gold and Platinum certificates. Chevelle currently receives over 3 Million listeners on just Spotify.

Asking Alexandria is a rock band based in England. The band formed in 2008 and have evolved their sound and music style with every album release. They include elements of Heavy Metal, Hard Rock, Metalcore and Screamo. Asking Alexandria have released nine studio albums so far, with 41 singles. Their most notable songs are “Moving On,” “I Won’t Give In,” “Into the Fire,” and “Alone in a Room” which have also received Gold Certificates. The band has toured and shared the stage with top names in the rock and metal scene, such as We Came as Romans, Bury Tomorrow, Motörhead, Slayer and Slipknot. 

Dead Poet Society is a rock band from America that was formed in 2013. The band released four EPs between 2016 and 2020, where they self-produced and released each EP. In 2020 Dead Poet Society signed to the recording label Spinefarm Music Group and have so far released two studio albums. The band’s breakthrough started in Mexico after getting noticed by the Mexican blog Pepe Problemas, later on leading them to tour Mexico with Sputnik as the supporting act. Dead Poet Society’s breakthrough back home in America came after Andrés asked them to tour with him as the supporting act in 2019.
