Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre at Freedom Hill Parking
Parking at The Michigan Lottery Amphitheater is easier than ever with staff at the ready to help assist upon your arrival to Freedom Hill Park. And all parking fees are all included within your ticket price.
If you are driving to any event then don’t panic, there are plenty of spaces available for use.
But remember, with 7,500 + fans all traveling to the same location, the roads will be busy, be sure to plan your journey in advance and leave plenty of time upon arrival and after the concert has finished.
For those who wish to use the facility, you can utilize this anytime after 5.30pm, usually the lots will open two hours prior to the start time.
Tailgating and picnics ARE allowed, the venue encourages a safe and fun experience for all attendees. However, Alcohol is prohibited in the lots and is only allowed within the venue area.
When visiting the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, you can opt for general parking, premier parking, or VIP parking. Let’s take a closer look at all three options:
General parking
General parking lots open for most shows at 4pm or two and a half hours before a matinee show. The fees for general parking are included in the price of your ticket.
Premier parking
Premier parking is closer to the venue and opens three hours before a show begins. If you want to upgrade your ticket to premier, you will be able to do so until 4pm on the day of an event.
VIP parking
This option is only available to those who hold a Season Membership ticket. The entrance is accessible from the secondary entrance to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre, on Metro Parkway (east of the main entrance).
Parking entrances
The main entrance for parking is found at the marquee to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre on 14420 Metro Parkway. This entrance has access to all parking areas.
The secondary entrance is preferred for VIP Parking, and it is located at 14920 Metro Parkway.
Parking policies
There are a few rules that guests need to abide by when parking at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre. Make sure to keep these regulations in mind when utilizing the parking options:

» Tailgating is allowed
» No alcohol
» No awnings
» No canopy tents
» No camping toilets
» No open flames
» No readmittance
» Only one space can be occupied by a vehicle at a time

Public transport
When it comes to public transport, one way to get to the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre is via the SMART bus.
This is a regional and local bus service that services areas of Metro Detroit and Sterling Heights. It doesn’t stop directly at the amphitheater, but guests can either take a taxi or ride share from the closest bus stops.
Routes 550 and 510 stop at Lakeside Mall, which is five miles away from the venue. Make sure to check out more information on the routes the SMART bus takes around Sterling Heights on the official website.
Rideshare
There are rideshare drop-off and pick-up areas located at the Michigan Lottery Amphitheatre. The drop-off location is found at the Freedom Hill Banquet Center entrance, while the pick-up is at the parking lot adjacent to the main entrance of the amphitheater.
